Heavenward

I watch Christian Television Network most mornings as I get ready for work. This morning one told a story about Noah. He built the ark exactly as God wanted it built. It was built with one door, as the way we will have to enter heavens gate. Also it had only one window at the very top. They say that was so all on board would look up to God and not watch all they were going thru. This poem, photo and OP reminded me of that. Always look Heavenward to get thru our storms :)

Hello Nancy,

Thanks for stopping by, I love sycamore trees. They are always so stunning in the sunlight, with their white bark. We have a lot of them around here. I will be over to visit soon! :)

Hey sunshine,

Originally I was going to name this haiku skyward, and Heavenward just came to mind. It's as if the branches are reaching even further than the sky. What a nice story about Noah's ark, I didn't know that was the reason for only one window! OP has become my daily ray of sunshine, in the wake of such sadness that has surrounded my life. Thank you for sharing your wonderful insights, and visit. :)
