Dried Tulips Resemble Asian Flair

Within

Time strips life from us
Our true beauty still remains
If we search within

We still have a lot of snow here on the countrysides of PA. We ran out of wood last weekend! It's melting slowly, and has finally stopped snowing! My Valentine tulips however are fading beautifully. They resemble Asian flowers now, taking on a whole different perspective.

I played around and added some backround color. Haven't had much time to dable in my manipulative photo art. Too many things going on at one time! Hope you like my haiku! We're headed for a meltdown the end of the week! Stay warm and Literally In The Moment!

This art piece is really amazing, jo!!!
I never thought of creating something like this by shooting dried-up tulips!!! The way you look at your flowers are different :D

Art is everywhere!
Your haiku is perfect for your tulip :D
Beautiful indeed!!!

I mean they are literally out there right now arguing about which dog is gonna kill what dog and which is good for what
i'm disgusted
i also know we cant ever leave our dogs out when we are not here as their lives will be in danger
i had hoped this activity was over after much to do over this shit before

Oh D.B. I'm so sorry to hear this, as an animal avocate I'm very concerned for your family and animals, and especially for the dogs involved in this kennel.

I encourage you to take this issue to the highest level, I know what you are saying about the local level. My best friend had the same problem with local authorities there in helping to find her stolen dog! More pressing crimes taking place there!

I've been able to catch the attention of representatives here in PA, about new PA puppymill laws and my concerns over PA park closings.

Email or call your congressmen, and State Representatives! Even better if you can get folks from your area to do the same, it will draw more attention to the growing problem! How would they feel living right next door to this!

You can always do a petition online for this purpose, here is one you can initiate petition on: http://www.petitiononline.com/
if you do a petition let me know I'll sign, and get all my animal facebook friends to help sign, and pass it on to their friends. You can forward that petition to Representatives. Being this is happening right next store to you, you can generate a lot of public support and awareness from animal lovers everywhere!

Dog fighting is illegal in all 50 states and carries a felony charge, up to 250.000 fine, and jailtime of 3-10 years! Especially in mine and your state!

Your petition could be something catchy like "Neighbors United Against Dog Fighting," to include folks from every neighboring state!

Keep me posted if I can think of anything else I'll let you know! I'll pray for younses and the animals too!

More information for you from my buddy down in Florida:

Report Annonomously if possible, you don't have to give your name!
Know Where to Report Animal Abuse,
Do Not complain directly to the offender in person or on a website, as that will only encourage them. Instead, report it to the appropriate authority.

* If an animal is in imminent danger, please contact your local police department immediately. If they are unresponsive, call PETA immediately—day or night—at 757-622-7382 and dial 2.

HSUS offers a REWARD up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in dogfighting or cockfighting. Just follow these steps and then contact HSUS

*Call your local police department or animal control agency.
*Give them all the details you can about the suspected animal fighting situation.
*You do not need to give your name to law enforcement to report illegal animal fighting.
*Tell the law enforcement agency about The HSUS's reward program.
*Get a letter from law enforcement agency for The HSUS.

How To Claim HSUS Rewards:

The HSUS Rewards Nationwide Cases - Please View Your Area.

You can also contact your local animal shelter and they may be able to direct you to the appropriate authorities, since law enforcement not helping! Hope this helps and good luck!

Jo
Thanks ever so much
I have already contacted police and animal control
I have requested the action pack from HSUS (the posters and stuff)
as for community involvement
well
lets just say they have to pipe in sunlight around here,
we actually have a face to face with the Sheriff on Wedneday on an unrelated subject of police corruption and the subsequent trampling of civil rights.
so we are REAl popular.
Thanks again and I shall keep you updated.
