Jo, I have been to the dumb friend's league and several other humane societies at least once a week for the past month looking for my cat. He got out and disappeared... and now I cannot seem to get on with life! I wish I can find him before the snow really comes down. It started snowing lightly today for the first time this winter.
Did you state your grievances in a letter to these kennels?
I forgot to mention that in the interim, I adopted another kitten and named him IMAX, he is terribly entertaining more like a kitten on steroids LOL! How are your pets my dear?

The big hurdle has already been made, the laws have been passed. Now it's setting them in stone to exactly what there're going to be. It' a milestone for Pennsylvania mving in the right direction to enforce the regulations! I'm all for it!
You once mentioned that there were wild animals in your area. I was worried about all the big hawks in my area, going after cats too. This is the very reason I don't let my cat out!
P.S. Congrads on your new cat, sounds like IMAX is a real fun character! OP is a wonderful lazy cat, Can't believe you have snow already!
