Pittsburgh Steelers Win 6th Super Bowl! Our World NFL Champions!

Right down to the wire, the Pittsburgh Steelers pulled out all stops to bring in their 6th Super Bowl win! Ben Roethlisberger and Santonio Holmes teamed for the last needed touchdown, to make the final 27-23 win against the Arizona Cardinals. The game was a long tug of war between two great teams, but our Pittsburgh Steelers fought hard right down to the 35 second win!

Mike Tomlin becomes the youngest coach to win a Super Bowl, as well as receiver Ben Roethlisberger being the youngest quarterback receiver to win two Super Bowls! Ben was asked what he learned from this Super Bowl, and he replied "Anything is possible." Just when you think they're losing, they come right back showing what they're made of! A great defensive team, working together as champions! Thanks to two great teams for an incredible game and Steelers for the win!

Steeler Nation is proud of our Super Bowl NFL Champions! Pittsburgh Steelers Are Number 1!

I was wondering which Jo would be the first to post. It was an incredible game(unlike some blowouts in the past). Six Super Bowl titles spanning quite some years!

I had to explain to my 13 yr old son the commercial that was a spin-off of the old 'Mean-Joe-Green' commercial.

You have a fine team you should be proud of!

Thanks Dan,

We're very proud of them. What a game to go down in history! They sure had me squirming at the end! But held it together, right when it matters most! :)

Hey Jo,

What a real nail biter huh! Kept us captive in the game, especially the 4th quarter! Who's number 1!

All I can say is, *whew*!!! Anyone who left after Springsteen sure missed the excitement! The Cards comeback (and Steelers subsequent re-comeback) reminded me all too uncomfortably of the Eagles vs Cards game 2 weeks ago....What a rollercoaster!!

Congratulations Steeler Nation. :)

Hi Nan,

Thanks!
Seems that's the way the season has beeen going for the Steelers. They come back right at the end when they need it! I know I was enthralled those last five minutes too! One of the greatest comebacks I've ever seen! We sure are proud of them!

I am happy the Steelers won reminds me of the days back in the 70's. As a kid I was an Oiler's fan,but when they didnt make it I cheered for the Steelers. Terry Bradshaw's brother live in the same area I do.

I am really happy that your team won! You are as passionate about them as I am about the Dolphins ha! ha! I can hear you, who? Yes the Dolphins!!! This game came alive in the last minutes . I could hear you all the way in Denver Jo!!!! Did you have a full house?

Hello Nazarina,

Yes, it was quite a game. We're all still reeling over it! I'm very proud of our team, for their unwavering effort! I was the only one screaming in my house, hubby went to the club, and my daughter went to a friends. My animals get all upset when I scream thinking I'm yelling at them, even my cat gets real upset! :)
